That email address covers anything to do with this site or with the club, and it is also where requests about personal data are dealt with.
What this site is
An informative site about the club: its training sessions, its routes, the federation licences it arranges and how to become a member. It also has a private area where each member can check their membership and the state of their fee.
Browsing the public part needs no account. The members' area does.
Terms of use
By using this site you undertake to do so lawfully, and not to use it to damage the site, the club's systems or anybody's rights. Whatever you type into a form has to be true and up to date; if it is somebody else's, you have to be entitled to give it.
The members' area
Credentials are personal and not transferable. Keep your password to yourself, do not share it, and tell us if you think somebody else knows it. The club may suspend an account while it looks into misuse.
Joining is not automatic
Sending the sign-up form is a request: it creates your account and leaves it for somebody at the club to review. Membership is granted by the board once the annual fee has been checked, and it can be refused or withdrawn with reasons given. Until then you have an account, but you are not a member and you have no federation licence.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, the photographs, the crest and the club's name are protected, and belong to the club or to whoever assigned them to it. You may read them, print them and share links to them; you may not reuse them commercially or present them as your own without written permission.
The route maps are served by Wikiloc and belong to Wikiloc and to whoever recorded each track. Sponsor and federation logos belong to their owners and appear here with their permission.
Links and third-party content
This site links to Wikiloc, to the club's social networks, to Google Maps and to the athletics federations. The club does not control those sites and is not answerable for what they publish or for how they treat your data: the moment you leave here, their terms apply.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site up and what it says correct, but this is run by an athletics club: there will be outages, maintenance and the odd mistake. If you spot something wrong, write to us and we will fix it. The fee, the timetables and the licence conditions are in any case whatever the club announces at the time.

What we do with the data you give us is set out in the privacy policy; what gets stored in your browser, in the cookie policy.
Changes and applicable law
This notice changes when the site or the law changes, and the version that counts is the one published on this page. Spanish law applies, and anything that cannot be settled otherwise goes before the courts of Alicante — unless you are acting as a consumer, in which case you choose between those and the courts where you live, because that choice is not the club's to take away.
